     On this page are described the formalities of management of the site regarding the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided pursuant to article n. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Code in the matter of protection of personal data to those who interact with the web services of Fe.Ma srl".

     The information is provided only for Fe.Ma website and not for other websites accessed via internal links.

The information is also based on what is stipulated in the Recommendation 2/2001 that the European authorities for personal data protection, brought together in the Working Team established by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17/05/2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

     The data related to the navigation of the website or voluntarily provided by users and the processing related to the provided services take place at the head office. The data provided by users are processed by the Responsible of the processing and by the employees in full compliance with the Code. The Company has prepared and implemented a training program for the individuals in charge and for the responsible, in order to raise awareness of these groups to operate in compliance with the standard. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or spread.

USE OF THE DATA

     Purpose of collecting personal data: to collect and record only the data necessary for the purpose for which such data were freely sent by the user.

NAVIGATION DATA

     Computer systems and software components used for the proper functioning of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is included in the use of communication protocols of Internet. Such information are not collected and recorded to be associated with identified interests, but by their own nature could, through special processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify the users. These are information such as IP addresses or domain names used for connection to the website by users and they are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the website and to check its functioning correctly. They are duly deleted immediately after being processed.

      The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.

DATA SUPPLIED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

     As a result of the consultation of this website, data may be processed to enable identification of the persons concerned. The voluntary and explicit dispatch of the data by filling out the form in the CONTACT section involves the acquisition of the sender's e-mail and other information such as: name, company name, address, phone, fax.

MODALITY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

     The data is processed with high-tech electronic instruments. Security measures are carried out, according to the Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures (Annex B to the Code), for what concerns the processing of data with these tools.

 COMMUNICATION AND SPREAD OF PERSONAL DATA

     The personal information provided by users who file request to ask for information are used only for the purpose of responding to the request received and are communicated to third parties if this is necessary for that purpose, or to fulfill legal obligations.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

     The Company provides on its website links to third parts websites. Since the Company does not control such websites, users are encouraged to review the privacy information included in them. These external sites, whose links are present in our website are beyond the Company's responsability.

OPTION OF DATA COMMUNICATION

     Apart from what's specified about the navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms sent to the Guarantor or indicated in contacts with the Office to request the dispatching of informative material or other communications.

     The missing communication of data can make it impossible to fulfill the request. For completeness it should be noted that in some cases (not object of the ordinary administration of this website) the Authority may request news or information pursuant to Article 157 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data.

SUBJECTS' RIGHTS

     The subjects to which refer the personal data collected through the website have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not, of personal details which concern them, even if not yet recorded and to obtain their communication in intelligible form.

The person concerned also has the right to obtain the indication of:

a) the origin of personal data

b) the purposes and modality of processing

c) the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments

d)the identity of the data holder, data processors and the representative designated in pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2.3

The person concerned has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.

     All this as specified in Article n.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
