     The after-sales service is considered by Fe.Ma an integrated and indispensable part of the services offered to customers. The management program based on the intervention of nursing and technician staff on the monitoring of consumption, on education of user staff and on the analysis of the specific needs of the customer, is made with the specific aim of optimizing the delicate management of the Operating Room through continuous collaboration with the medical, nursing and administrative staff of the Hospital recipient of the service.

     This program is primarily related to the type of products that represent the "core business": the "Sterile Disposable non-woven fabric and laminated plastic Products" used in the operating room for covering and isolation of the patient, of the surgical team, tables and equipment.

     Fe.Ma hopes to be able to give users a help, however modest, for a better understanding of these devices, given that surgical gowns and towels are to be considered an essential tool in the hands of the doctor and nurse for a successful operation procedure
